Ultimate Papagayo Catamaran: Beaches, Lunch & Open Bar!

Despite the weather, we had great fun. Ship staff and our coordinator were very nice and attentive. Transfer from our hotel went very smoothly. The food and Sangria could not be faulted. I would go again :)

I BOOKED and Viator CONFIRMED a pick up/return at/to the Cruise Pier Arrecife. After waiting 30 minutes, we finally contacted the Tour2b operator. The employee was short and unhelpful, saying I had made up the pick-up info. After I texted her my print-screen, she bluntly asked if I wanted to cancel, or take a taxi to Puerto de Carmen for the experience. We did.... $29.00, one way.......... When arrived, no help to locate where to go, no answer on the phone. A little kid making conversation, said he was going to watch the boat leave around the corner... YES, ours! The experience was ok, the crew nice, food and drinks plentiful, and the catamaran activity director "Myriam", certainly very kind to us. Once at Papagayo Beach, the weather turned rough and the return was by bus. We paid Myriam $20 to drop us off at the cruise-port. I contacted Viator upon return, told "they'd look into it" and asked for a credit. I have not heard from anyone.

Outstanding trip. Excellent staff, food and drinks. Saw the dolphins, went kayaking and swam. Would definitely recommend. Beautiful fresh paella, pasta and fruit.

Excellent few hours out on the water. Thoroughly enjoyed the catamaran experience. The service, and staff were all friendly and accommodating throughout. Very relaxing and definitely value for money. A good supply of drinks and food.

The best part of our Lanzarote trip! The food was delicious, the drinks were plentiful, the water was amazing and the crew was so friendly! Highly recommend!

I have already booked catamaran trips of this kind several times, but on Fuerteventura. There were over 90 people on board, the whole time relatively loud music was playing. In higher waves, the crowd could hardly kick at the. The food was a disaster. I had paella that tasted like "NOTHING" (how does that work???). I found the staff listless, in the toilet the water was on the floor, toilet paper I got on demand. Good were the fruit for dessert, the waves and the sea at the swim stop. We were only allowed to admire the Playas del Papagayo from a distance. It was 'sailing' all the time with engine involvement.

El trayecto estuvo genial, la atención del personal fue siempre perfecta. Lo peor es que llegaron a recogernos casi a las 11:00 h y habíamos quedado a las 10:00 h.
